If there is an issue with the quality of your product, we can replace the item(s) after:

 

  • You submit pictures via email within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • You return your product.

 

We will not refund or remake any purchased products due to customer error. This includes but is not limited to not following all directions on the care card included with the cups or misuse of any of our products, etc.

 

We at Natalie Rae’s Beaded Trends and More, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single item(s) you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. This is done to ensure that you fall in love with our products!!!

 

Natalie Rae’s Beaded Trends and More is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer must pay for the shipping in return.
